I order online pickup frequently (a single pizza), and my order is never ready by the estimated time. The last time I ordered, I placed my order at 5:30pm and selected 6:30pm as the pickup time. When I arrived, my order had not even begun to be prepped according to the online tracker. It wasn't ready until about 7pm. So my advice from experience when ordering for a later pick-up time is to set the time 15-30...

I swear that it was undercooked once. It was like the dough was gooey and raw. Not good.

When they get busy, you will wait some time for sure. Hopefully they've gotten better

The cashier was helpful but for some reason they were very busy. The line was super long and a guy was allowed to cut the line. Maybe it was a bad day because the online system was down. The staff was friendly just not sure what was going on this day.
