Rude staff, waited forever to try to get a drink, finally waved at a bartender to get someone’s attention. Bartender shook her head and ignored us as if it was crazy to try to get a drink after waiting for several minutes. Disappointing visiting for the first time. Just walked out after that, Will never be back.

Service was excellent food was fabulous. the hostess was amazing. Everything was great. Good atmosphere.
I understand the establishment closes at 2 & I arrived at 1:15, 45 minutes before closing. They were probably ready to go home & had a long night. I don't belittle that at all. But if the door says they close at 2, I would never in a million years expect to be quite literally THROWN out of the door. Miss Jennifer, larger older lady in charge of security I assume, was VERY rude at the door. She informed me they were closed, even though it was 45 minutes before the posted closing time on the door. I asked to use the bathroom, at which point she put her hand on my shoulder & quite literally PUSHED me out the door. I was completely thrown off by the disgusting & abusive unprofessionalism. So, admittedly & very annoyingly, I knocked on the door (calmly & collected). She opened the door & I tried expressing my discomfort of how she handled me, at which point she put BOTH of her hands on me & that is something I CANNOT understand nor feel like should be allowed. Miss Jennifer has been absolutely unprofessional & dangerous & I quite honestly hope something is done about her behavior. The establishment as a whole has been so accommodating & comforting. Miss Jennifer is a danger to the brand.

My experience at Locals Pub was so horrific I'm debating on whether or not to press charges.
