We went to eat on Thanksgiving and there was a line out the door. This Luby’s location has great customer service! The employees were working hard and all had smiles. This is the customer service everyone can appreciate! The food was great too. This Luby’s location is a community treasure.

I'm giving it 1 star, because I can't give it zero. I haven't been to Luby's since I was a child. This food is an assault on flavor and taste. Everything is cold and bland. My mom had to ask them to microwave her plate.
Eating here for Thanksgiving was a mistake! Never again.
Every dish is bad from the appetizer to the dessert. The only thing that isn't trash here is the soda and the water.

I ordered a DoorDash order. Didn’t get my drink, got two sodas instead of lemonade. Didn’t get the ranch I paid for, nor did I get my cucumber salad or the extra gravy. Phone keeps hanging up on me!

They have been around for a long time I remember going there when I was 16 every Sunday after church and they are still as good as I remember the liver and onions and that strawberry shortcake is still amazing.
