This was the second time in two weeks that we got the bacon cheese steak. We've gotten it for years and it's always good. But these last two times it's had the best flavor ever. Don't know what's different, but please keep it up, and thanks!

Every time I visit Port Arthur for the Gun Shows, I have to stop at my favorite spot Lubys. This Lubys is always a 5 star experience. The Cod Fish was fresh, the bacon cheese steak was delicious, and a friendly staff. If your looking for some down home cooking stop by.

We went to eat on Thanksgiving and there was a line out the door. This Luby’s location has great customer service! The employees were working hard and all had smiles. This is the customer service everyone can appreciate! The food was great too. This Luby’s location is a community treasure.

I'm giving it 1 star, because I can't give it zero. I haven't been to Luby's since I was a child. This food is an assault on flavor and taste. Everything is cold and bland. My mom had to ask them to microwave her plate.
