Lubbys is like come home for lunch. when I have enough from fusion kitchen and modern dishes, I need to visit Lubby’s style of restaurant, it is comfortable and relaxing and there is nothing can go wrong with traditional foods. Lovely people here in Port Arthur and thank you for your hospitality and services.

Customer service was terrible. Went to drive thru waited 5 minutes no one answered. Went on inside stated that it must not be working. A very rude and argument sever said it was working. They need to improve their attitudes. Not going back again!!!! Got my food and left.

I recently placed a call-in order at Luby's, and my initial interaction with the person who answered the phone left something to be desired. They seemed a bit short and, dare I say, somewhat rude. Nonetheless, I proceeded to place my order and provided my name for reference.Upon arrival at the restaurant, we arrived around the 15-minute mark as indicated for our order to be ready.
