The reason I'm doing 1 star is simply because the one thing everybody has to their name is their word and if you can't keep your word then nothing else matters. I called in questioning the price on crawfish for Good Friday. I was then told I could come in a reserve them. Well when I made my way to Port Arthur from Beaumont to do so I was told once inside they were not accepting reservations and it was first come first serve and to add on to the matter a lady came in right after me to put money down to reserve hers and was told the same thing after initially being told she could. Simple communication with staff so everyone is on the same accord would be beneficial for customers so accurate information is given at all times.

My wife wanted crabs, I wanted scrimp, and red snapper. They were fresh. Prices were good, they opened at 8am, , run by English speaking Hispanics and friendly.
