Shouldn’t be hard to get a value meal order right and in short time. Went in dire thru and was told to pull up it waiting space for my order. 15 min later had to go in and ask about it and no one had any idea there was an order that had not been delivered yet. Wasn’t even high volume time.

When you go in the restaurant is always nasty. When you order delivery there is always something missing. Today I ordered through my app on the way home from work and when I arrived they told me they were closed and then threatened to call the cops when I asked for my money back. I will never go to this McDonald’s again. Neither will anyone from my family🤬

I've had issues with many of the workers. There will be ten people in there and they won't come to the counter and serve me. Which is rude. They act like they don't have to honor the free refill for coffee because I walk out to drink it . I'm homeless and dirty. Id rather sit outside than be stared at by employees and customers and they'd probably find a reason to tell me to leave. The refill thing has happened multiple days. That's why I normally buy my coffee elsewhere because it seems like a bunch of bullies who enjoy overstretching boundaries and abusing their job titles just as power play moves which is pretty petty and ridiculous considering it's either 65 cents to a dollar for the coffee. Nobody has time to argue over something so cheap, get over yourselves. It's pretty pathetic. But the manager isn't very nice and that's why his employees aren't either. There have been witnesses who gave me money after I left there because they seen how petty and rude they were to me. Not impressed n your coffee isn't even good enough to stress myself over. There's always stuff on the tables that stays for extended periods of time . It's always crowded. There's always a long wait. I went today and was ten cents short and they acted like I was trying to 💩 on their floor or something. Y'all are too old to be acting like children. Grow up. I won't go back.

They forgot two of our strawberry and cream pies. They're obviously making their money back on their pickles because they don't know how to count to two. And the french fries extremely soggy. One of the worst McDonald's experiences of my life for spending $100. Probably never ordering again this was trash! And I ordered extra onions and they obviously did not give me extra onions they just slapped the sticker on there.
