MOD Pizza

The service was phenomenal. I don't know the young lady name, and this was my first time coming in. They took care of me swiftly and had my food in rushed in 10 minutes which is not normal for a pizza place. But it came out really good and delicious. The only thing I dont like is the prices you pay. For a mini pizza and mini salad I paid over 21 dollars.

The staff and management were so rude at this place I could not believe it.

I have been going to Mod for years in Houston I’ve been to this location when it shortly after it opened the staff and management was friendly and very attentive, but I will not be returning after my recent experience.

When I asked for the manager due to my food being burnt I was met with dismissive rudeness not even offered a replacement.

I’m guessing this place has taken some sort of management change since last time I was here because I remember the manager at the time coming to check on every table and ensuring the quality and asking for feedback and suggestions which none were needed. But my suggestion to this location now is find better management and people who care, because this new team doesn’t give a flying rats rump about the quality.

The store manager is nasty disrespectful and he acts hard cuz he has a badge that’s says manager and the 3 women that always work with him has personal issue they obviously needs to fixed always running they mouth the food always uncooked
