Susan-the property manager keeps this place in line for sure. She doesn’t put up with any riffraff, any problems are solved and deleted quickly. The grounds crews are always keeping things clean and they are quick to come out for any maintenance request.

I was excited to move here but within the year of staying Susan bean made it very difficult to enjoy our stay. I’ve had multiple problems with her, everytime maintenance was called, eventually it would stop working (within a week span). She made it seem like it was our fault, sewage system sucks. Use to flood our apartment all the time. Roaches coming from upstairs. Someone tried to kick in our door while we were sleep with a knife.. the door didn’t want to open from the inside so we had to jump the balcony around 5:30 in the morning. the police was called after my husband brought me to work (it would be a problem with us being late on rent so I told him call the police once he got back home) once they were called Susan called me and blantly said “you got me working overtime for something that’s not serious” eventually we found out it was our upstairs neighbor who had ptsd. She blamed my husband WHO WAS INSIDE WITH ME, kept making excuses for it (it took us to get footage from my neighbor ring camera for her to evict him) Even told the police that she thought it was my husband, he corrected her. My car was broken in twice, they left a part to someone else car in mine so I brought it to Susan, asked me what she’s supposed to do with it.. well it might be for one of your tenants?? She’s just very inconsiderate. Once the lease was up we gave her a notice, and was told “you think I’m strict here, where you’re moving she won’t put up with anything”… I love the apartments that we’re in right now, it’s been about 8 months, no Problems. It’s quiet, no loud music every weekend, or shooting, nor a group of people standing outside nightly. The office staff are very friendly and understanding. The pool stays open yearly. This place is just amazing. Wish Susan got to actually know her tenants before judging us because we are young.

It's was a nice ride from Port Neches the turtle Creek apartments on my e bike..the seenry was nice and the people I encountered were friendly and helpful do to my GPS getting lost🤯😂

Moved in about 3years ago and it was kinda sketchy then the new management has made great strides in improving the living situation. A lot of the rough tenants have been removed , the grounds are clean, and I can sleep peacefully at night.

I been staying here since 2016 and it was rather rough at first but I can say management has cleaned up the property and gotten rid of the bad company. In all it's an decent place to live and call home, I recommend for people to stay here.....

The moment I stepped in the office in the fall of 2016 as a homeless single mother, the staff at Pebble Creek has ALWAYS!! been accommodating. By January my baby and I were good ? and have been since that moment. I have been blessed to see the continual growth at Pebble Creek, due to the staff that are SERIOUS about the the safety of the community. It's now summer of 2024 and I can truly say the growth over the years has been beautiful, the continual interaction and programs when it comes to the children in my opinion, can't be matched!! If you have a friendly, loving ❤️personality and are family oriented PEBBLE CREEK!! is definitely the community for you ??? .

I have been a resident for 2 years now! I am very pleased with the continuous progress at pepple creek! Very quiet at night and everyone is very nice! I have a 3 year old who loves it here, as do I! Highly recommend renting here! The management is fantastic, always available and quick to take care of anything my son and I may need. Come join our community! You won’t be disappointed.
