Horrible customer service, very unprofessional to customers, and over 30 minutes late for pickup orders. Would not recommend. And I only did 1 star, because I had to put a star.

The pizzas I ordered were literally not cooked through. The dough was exactly that.. dough... I had to put them in the oven at home and cook them. Also they didn't send my soda with the delivery driver and when I called him his answer was that he seen that on the receipt and should have asked first š¤¦āāļø but props to him for having to go allllll the way back up there just to get my soda..

Iām a construction worker and often get off work with great hunger, needing something to eat and bring me back to life. This Pizza hut and and their employees donāt disappoint. They KNOW how to make GREAT pizza! Good friendly service and quick / ready food. Supervision take notes, your employees are your success. Iāve always had a great experience and pizza when I order. One of the best pizza huts Iāve been to by far!!

Today, December 21st 2024, I ordered a pizza at the Dominoās on Memorial Boulevard. After telling the lady what kind of pizza I wanted she asked me for my credit card number, And she said to enter it on my keyboard of my phone. So I gave her all the information, the credit card number, the expiration date and the code on the back and she said that card didnāt work. I told her that didnāt make sense so I gave her another number on another card and she said that one didnāt work either, I said that doesnāt make any sense. I had already given her my address And I told her that the last time I ordered a pizza it was sent to the wrong house. It went to the neighbor behind me and I didnāt get my pizza and I did not get my money back either. And she said, let me send you to the office. Maybe they can help you with your pizza. I was transferred to the office and I was told the only way I could get a pizza was to pay cash and I said why that doesnāt make any sense. Both of my credit cards are fine. I was told they could not deliver a pizza here where I live unless I paid cash, Now that makes no sense whatsoever because I have never had a problem with any of my cards and I told her that my husband orders pizzas from them all the time. I guess they are trying to punish me for reporting them to PayPal for not delivering my pizza About a year ago, they delivered it to the neighbor behind me and I didnāt get my money back either! I donāt trust them at all! They got 2 different credit cards with all my information and refused to use them and trust me they wok just fine because I called Pizza In after that and got my pizza! BBB NEXT!!!

This is one of the pizzerias with the worst service that I know. This is the second time I am going to this pizzeria and the reason why is because the first time I ordered 2 pizzas and it was not ready and they told me that the order was not placed. on the computer and I had to wait even longer and the second time I ordered online I went to pick up my pizza and they said they couldn't give me the pizza because it wasn't done right and it was a little raw I can't believe it actually I give it a negative 100 ?

Good lord where do I start. Pizza cold as could be. Tougher than a rubber tire, no sauce with cheese sticks. Working there can't be that hard or mabey it is. To me can't be that hard did this job 17 years ago and was easy as hell then. Probably help if management actually did there job. Corporate gonna love this phone call. Do your self a favor order anywhere else.
