They were closed! Everywhere is closing early because of COVID-19 for some reason.

I have received horrible service today. I received my order incomplete for the third time in a row. The first time I was missing a pizza, the second time drinks and this time breadsticks and pasta. Jeremy was the driver and he had a horrible response. He asked if I wanted a credit or refund and I said I’d like my food. He sighed annoyed and said it would take him a long time to bring it. I called the store and spoke with Rick. He didn’t know when I would get it, kinda laughed it off. I asked to speak to the manager ms. Arby I believe he said and she was screaming her head off in the background saying”I don’t know when she’ll get it!!!” And she wasn’t talking any calls and didn’t want to speak to anyone. This is by far the worst service I’ve received and I’ll make sure I leave a review everywhere stating so!!

after waiting 15 minutes past the scheduled delivery time the pizza and chicken wings were both room temperature. don't believe me? I took a picture to show it.

The pizza was good and was ready in minutes. Not a bad place to grab a quick bite to eat while on the go. Management and employees didn't strike me as having one of their happiest moments though.
