My Delivery was missing for an hour and the young man on the phone was too bothered to even answer any questions… zero manners & should not be allowed to talk to customers to be honest.

We ordered a Pizza on the app, and then an hour later it shows it's been delivered on the app but there was no pizza delivered. We called and the person that answered didn't know anything except for that they had just left the store. Well over an hour after it was ordered. Mind you, we are less than 5 mins away. They are still not here and its been 10 mins since that phone call. This is extremely unprofessional and I will never order from here again. At this point I just want my money back, since I never got the pizza.

Quick and easy . Made an in store order and was out in 15min. Super helpful manger. Lobby was filthy by someone coming in with mud on the boots . Almost a perfect score . Pleasantly surprised
Recently we were able to work with the Pizza Hut team at Farm Road 365 Suite U in Port Arthur to order pizzas for recognition of safety accomplishment at Motiva. We love to recognize our team when they achieve excellence and recognize teams supporting us here at Motiva.
We ordered right at 50 total pizzas for Thursday 11/21/24 lunch, dinner, and Friday 11/22/24 lunch and dinner.
The Pizza Hut team produced quality pizzas, timely and accurately. All our team members were very pleased and enjoyed the pizza recognition party.
I wanted to reach out and thank the Pizza Hut team for their efforts. Aletha was a key team leader, and we thank her for all her efforts, but it truly takes the entire team to be successful.
I love analogies, and we love football here in southeast Texas. Aletha was the quarterback that brought the play to the team huddle, but without each team member being successful and striving for excellence at their part, no way Pizza Hut 365 could succeed. GREAT JOB and Thank you!!

Pizza Hut is not what it use to be! Go a Meat Lovers pizza, deep dish. Crust was not as thick and crunchy on the bottom like it use to be. Couldn't even taste the sauce ,there was hardly any there! I think I've given up on Pizza Hut.
