I absolutely LOVE the all-you-can-eat option. It allows me to get anything on the menu in half portions therefore me creating my own buffet. The sushi was fresh and delicious along with the multiple appetizers I had.
We did have a very unpleasant elderly woman that complained about the lights next to us but our server handled the situation with great care and respect. She was a major elderly Karen for the rest of her dinner and I feel sorry for the man that had to go home with her. LOL

Food and service were fantastic . Doing carnivore this is definitely the most bang for your buck . There was an extremely unpleasant lady sitting next to us that was becoming irate about the lighting . But besides that , such a wonderful date night
The place is like an airplane runway. Super night lights like the 7-11! Not a great sushi environment. When we complained, they refused to turn the lights down. Also the sushi was warm and not good. Never coming back.
Website stated they closed at 930pm, arrived at 815 pm and was told they were closing at 845pm . The Website has incorrect information
DoorDash was ordered. Food was just okay, the employees aren’t very knowledgeable about door dash, so when the phone was handed to the evening manager because an item was missing. The manager was very rude about it and not very helpful as to how to get my missing item delivered. Not once but twice on the phone she never introduced herself and I was hung up on twice. I’ve never had an issue with Sake doing door dash but last night was a headache. And the lo mein noodles were dry.
Our waiter was super honest, but the food was not good. I'm not going to go back.
The person that took my to-go order, Mark was so amazing! At my request, he meticulously individually labeled each and every order, and was careful to check off each order and make sure it was correct. He was so kind during the entire transaction! Every restaurant needs more servers like Mark!
First(and last time) to go here. The service was very slow which doesn't make sense as there were only 3 other tables with customers and it was only 11:25am. The food was poor quality, the noodles were burnt, and the fried rice was regular rice with a tiny amount of soy sauce on top portion. The women's restroom was so dirty. Every stall needed flushing, paper on the floor, faucets covered in something sticky, and many long black hairs all over the counter and sinks. Within a half hour of leaving, I became very ill at my stomach. This place should be closed. It's a shame I had to even leave 1 star.
I've been going to Sakes since they opened. The food and atmosphere is always great. I get the Krobe with cream cheese and fresh jalapenos. I also get their beef fried rice and it never disappoints. Definitely recommend this place.
New location is pretty cool. Food is still the same. Pretty good.

Service was terrible. Waiter didn't know the menu, food service was extremely slow with tables that ordered the same menu items as us after we did getting their food before us. Felt very disorganized. The food quality was ok, but yall need to train yalls servers better..Sadly we won't be back.
After finding a hair in my roll I asked to speak to the manager he then proceeds to tell me there’s no hair (you can clearly see it pictured). So not only was this my first time here but then the manager wants to call me a liar about finding hair in my food And based on other reviews this happens often… 🤮🤮 won’t be back. Will stick to Yuka sushi.
EDIT! we in fact put the hair in his hand and he acted dumb. try again. own up to your mistake.
Absolutely phenomenal experience. All staff I came in contact with this evening were both kind and respectful. The Bento box and sashimi were prepared beautifully and tasted amazing! When all the staff greet you on your way in and farewell you on the way out you know they have the right mindset. All around 10/10 experience

Absolutely disappointing I don’t normally do this but this was disappointing to say the least.
