Very good Cajun seafood at a fair price. In the staff is very sweet nice

Came for the salt and pepper wings and fried fish. Food was pretty decent. The dining area was clean and spacious. Service was great and the prices were affordable.

Various options, great prices, generous portions and fresh delicious food. I highly recommend this place, there's many seafood restaurants in the area but THIS IS THE BEST SEAFOOD RESTAURANT.

Ordered popcorn shrimp with fried rice. Opened the box when I got home. Shrimp was cooked in dirty oil, tasted one and all u can taste was burnt oil. Even the fried rice tasted burnt. Wasted my money, went to buy a burger. Wish I could send a pic. Bottom was nothing but burnt crust. Stay away.....

I have eaten at Sam’s many times always was good.Today my son and I ordered Dinner (5/16/2025) food was dark in color.
Old grease or refried.Onion rings were hard
and real dark.Shrimp the same.Got home and threw in trash.No drinks like in past.
Food was disgusting.

Cashier sweeping up the lobby tried handing me my food without washing her hands. 🤮

If I can give the rating a big fat “0” I would . I normally get my food from Sam’s in Beaumont but I literally work 10 - 15 mins away from the Sam’s in Port Arthur and I really wanted some crab cakes , fish , okra and Mac and cheese . When I arrived to get my ordered the young lady greeted and asked me for any condiments so that was a plus. So I left and made it back to work and I was so disappointed my 2 crabs cakes was burnt , my shrimps was soggy , my fish was somewhat ok , my okra was soggy and tasted old like they just put it back in the grease same with the shrimps and my Mac and cheese tasted old . So I called back and the young lady said I can get a replacement and come back Monday so I did . I replace my ordered over the phone and the guy hung up in my face numerous of times saying he couldn’t hear me so I called one last time and he got it together and can finally hear me . So when I arrived a older woman started questioning say I came at 4:54 pm and I called back around 5:15 pm saying that my ordered wasnt correct and saying that my food shouldn’t been soggy if I just picked it up like come on but ok I just left it alone because I know how I would get so with that experience I would NEVER go back to Sam’s in Port Arthur cause the one in Beaumont would never do that to a regular customer .
