If I can give the rating a big fat “0” I would . I normally get my food from Sam’s in Beaumont but I literally work 10 - 15 mins away from the Sam’s in Port Arthur and I really wanted some crab cakes , fish , okra and Mac and cheese . When I arrived to get my ordered the young lady greeted and asked me for any condiments so that was a plus. So I left and made it back to work and I was so disappointed my 2 crabs cakes was burnt , my shrimps was soggy , my fish was somewhat ok , my okra was soggy and tasted old like they just put it back in the grease same with the shrimps and my Mac and cheese tasted old . So I called back and the young lady said I can get a replacement and come back Monday so I did . I replace my ordered over the phone and the guy hung up in my face numerous of times saying he couldn’t hear me so I called one last time and he got it together and can finally hear me . So when I arrived a older woman started questioning say I came at 4:54 pm and I called back around 5:15 pm saying that my ordered wasnt correct and saying that my food shouldn’t been soggy if I just picked it up like come on but ok I just left it alone because I know how I would get so with that experience I would NEVER go back to Sam’s in Port Arthur cause the one in Beaumont would never do that to a regular customer .

I found out that chicken also can taste the worst at this place. Hopeless food. Tasteless as hell. Bland and flavorless. I had to recook the whole thing to eat it. Not recommended at all

This is our go-to restaurant anytime we're in the Beaumont Port Arthur area. Make sure to only go to this location their shrimp and chicken is amazing

Ordered a dozen fried oysters and received a dozen "pieces" of oysters. I did not get a single complete oyster. Most were about the size of a spat "baby oyster"

18.99 for 3 fish and 3 Oysters , I would have not mind paying the price if was 3 fish and 3 Oysters. This was horrible ? .I've notice that since price have gone up these restaurants skim on the food and rise the prices I order 3 fish and 3 Oysters its litter 1 &1/2 fish and them poor Oysters $18.99
Made the mistake of not checking my food before leaving and when I get home and looked at the chicken and took a bite the chicken was not fresh.
