I ordered a large unsweet tea and got sweet tea. It had a strong metallic taste. It was undrinkable to the point I was literally afraid to drink. When I got home I had to dump it out and make my own tea.

Really wish they would get basil to use on the margarita flatbread instead of substituting cilantro just because it's green...it's not the same. Maybe a favorite at other locations but don't order it at this restaurant or you will be disappointed. Shortcuts are gross

Went there and ordered the veggie on a gluten free bun which costs $1.50 extra. The bun was frozen solid. There was hardly anything to the sandwich and I could not taste anything. But that could be because it was frozen. I ended up throwing it out. I tried to call the restaurant but nobody answered and I got a message the voicemail was not set up. Very disappointed and still hungry since I only got two bites before I realized it was frozen.

Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It's actually impressive how bad they are at their jobs and just how much they do not care. Wish I could rate 0 stars

Umm yeah just went to Schlotzskys.. Its 8:43 pm. They said they were closed. The door said 9pm. They had an open sign. I wonder if maybe the employees were being a little lazy tonight. So my 5 stars from before suddenly went to 2 stars.

Prices a tad high and the wait was lengthy. Food was good.
Been there on 4 separate occasions making sure to give them a solid chance but after my last visit I will not be back. The wait times are very long for a one sandwich order. They always managed to get one part of my order wrong Everytime. Last night was the final straw when we were served a kids meal and my usual and there was mold on the bottom slices of bread. Not only was 5he order completely wrong I almost feel my 2 year old moldy bread if I hadn't been paying attention. I will not be back. I would suggest not going there either.
