I had delivery from Door Dash, they brought on time, and handled it safely! But it's the food from Sonic!! It's disgusting, horrible tasting old meat on my burger, old lettuce, old pickles and hard jalapeños! Even the cheese tasted bad!! Tots were cooked in old oil, Nothing was eatable, went in garbage can! Never will I ever order from here again!!

Memorial Blvd, Port Arthur...The AA male manager with the dreads is the best example of how to keep a business down and totally unprofessional. He was outside going to the cars talking loud, "I ain't got no change and she don't either. " He spoke rudely to the carhop. However, she was sweet. The service 2 stars is for her only.Order was wrong. Food was old and lukewarm. Chili cheese corny was ordered with no weiner, he took it back in and just removed the weiner and brought the order back out.Even the people next to me canceled their order. They had to request their CC back from him twice. It was just a mess.Memorial Blvd in Port Arthur, Tx.

We’ve been coming here frequently due to a busy schedule, and the past four times our order has been wrong, but nothing major it is what it is.There’s only one worker here who doesn’t act like a hoodlem.Management needs to take notice, and hire more like the one good person they have.Tonight, while waiting on our food we watched two other workers standing out talking to someone they know while the one worker brought the car their food.Since when is it fair for one person to work, and the others to sit around and converse with people they know?we’ve waited 10+ minutes for a vanilla dr pepper and a red bull slush.Something needs to be done here.

Ordered a soft-pretzel for a quick snack. They brought it straight out and it was hard as a rock. I reached out to the waitress and her comment to me was “you want one fresh”?Very disappointed.
I went to this location around 10:05pm or so, I pressed the button and waited for 15 min and no one answered. I saw the employees looking at me, when I sent my son to ask if they were open they said that the button/stall where I was at didn’t work and that they only had drinks available because they were cleaning the kitchen. Why would they clean the kitchen well before closing hours? He said they clean it at 9pm. If you own this place and can read this review, go check on your money. I went across to Pizza Hut and they were open during open business hours.

I.sat there for 15 minutes after pressing the button and no one ever came. When asked if someone would help me order I got an attitude. But all is good I was treated and served way better at the one in twin city.

Worst experience I've ever had. We ordered a mm blast with extra whip and got a vanilla blast and was told they don't do extra whip. Goodness if you don't like your job move on... ridiculous service.

Service here is always horrible, we usually wait a minimum of 20 minutes for only drinks! We try using the app so maybe it’s quicker but it never is.
