Watched 8 people leave before i ended up leaving myself. I keep giving this place a chance just hoping. But same guy i see running the place everytime. Service is horrible. Bunch of solicitors as well asking for money or food.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received today at your Port Arthur, Texas location at 4525 Twin City Hwy.
After placing our business meeting, we stopped to grab some drinks and snacks. The first thing we heard when we pushed the button was, “These people are pissing me off.” After proceeding with our order, I asked if I could change my drink, but the employee refused to accommodate the request.
When the employee came out to hand us our order, she gave us just one straw. We politely asked for another, but she responded by puffing in frustration and acted as if she didn’t hear us. When we asked again, she left without acknowledging us.
Later, we went to the door to ask for missing marinara sauce and napkins, as they were not provided with our order. To our surprise, the employee threw the napkins, marinara sauce, and straw out the door at us onto the ground in an unprofessional manner.
I have never encountered such poor service at any Sonic location before, and this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.
I hope you will address this situation promptly and ensure that this type of behavior is not repeated to any other customer. Attached is the picture of the very rude and uneducated worker.

There is no way it takes 35 minutes for one drink especially when they're not even busy they're inside cutting up and playing and the gentleman on the speaker wasn't a gentleman he's screaming at me for one cherry limeade slush

This is easily the worst sonic/fast food place I’ve ever been to in my life. I waited over 25 minutes for someone to finally take my order and their customer service was terrible. The food took 30 minutes to come out and I was missing multiple fries and the food was cold and not good at all. No straws, wrong drinks, no cherrys or limes in the cherry limeade, how does that make any sense? 50% of the stalls don’t even work, also a random homeless guy was asking me to buy him food during the 30 minute wait so that’s always fun. Worst Sonic ever. The store owner obviously doesn’t care about it at all.

Absolutely horrible service. Next time let someone know a stall doesn’t work. You keep staring at them while they way. Putting a mobile order in with that stall number. Then when finally pulling up to the window, you wanna give everything cold and have an attitude when y'all were in the wrong.

Completely and utterly horrible. Maybe 3 or 4 other cars total, yet took 20 minutes for a simple order of cheesesticks and a drink. And to top it all off, was told they were out of marinara AFTER waiting 20 minutes for order. Based on my review and others I've seen, this location desperately needs to part ways with incompetent management.

The food is on par with other locations but this location lacks in service... majorly. Everytime I come here I want to give it another chance but it ALWAYS lets me down. Currently waiting over 20 min for an order of just 5 drinks placed mid afternoon on a Sunday. Barely any other vehicles in the stalls. Zero communication or care from the employees. Other days its the same... ridiculously long wait times for the smallest and simplest of orders. Do not waste your time at this location. If you like waiting 30 min for FAST food.... then be my guest. I will won't be wasting my time with this location again.

Waited for like 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Worst Sonic ive been too! Never took my order. And i did see a big black lady just staring mad hard n not take my order what a lame
I waited 20 mins at one of the ordering stations no one took my order went around to the drive thru after 10 more minutes there with no one taking my order I drove off!! I've had other issues at this Sonic before. Don't plan on returning The owner of this establishment needs to get involved as I wasn't the only customer that drove off .

Worst place ever!! Waited over 45 min for an online order, when I got it, half my order is missing. Went to tell him and the MANAGER was high as hell, had to repeat myself like 3 times. Waited another 25 min he came outside again and asked me what did I ordered. Waited another 15 and he came out with only another half.... At this point I just left
