Visited the Sonic location off West Port Arthur road. Paid full price for 3/4 of our shakes, and I’m sure the milk was expired as a smell lingered from the shakes. Very disappointing. I’ll be sure to spread the word of how this location conducts itself.

The employees need more training or the crew needs to be fired. The footlong I ordered looked disgusting, and I believe they definitely dipped old fries back into the grease, that is so unprofessional and tasteless, I won't be visiting this Sonic ever

Where to start... Ordered 1 hotdog ketchup and onions, it has mustard and relish. Ordered 1 Coney hotdog, the chili was old and burnt. Ordered a Reese sonic blast with extra Reese cup in it, had less (i.e. almost none) Reese than any I have ever ordered. Showed the employee, and they said everywhere else was doing it wrong if there were chocolate and peanut butter chunks in it!The single worst experience I have ever had at a sonic.

The locals like to rag on this place whether they are snobs or ex employees, but it's good every time I go. I went today and the lady came out right away with drinks and the food was a short wait.

The place was dirty, l give it 4 star for service due to the fact that it was just one employee working, so those stars are for the employee, not the restaurant.

There were 2 other cars there and at least 4 employees and we still had to wait about 20 minutes or possibly longer to get our food. The woman that finally brought it out was very nice but ,that's the longest I've ever had to wait at sonic. And the chili cheese tots were way over cooked and burnt. Not a fan of this location!!

Absolutely the worst Sonic I've ever been too! Sat at the drive thru screen for 10 minutes. A week or so later my wife placed an order on mobile app and went to pic up 15-20 minutes later, she still had to wait 10 minutes and was one of only 2 cars there!

I quit after a significant change created a need for a change in my own life.The servers at these stores can vary wildly in quality, please give them a chance if they seem to be struggling. A quality kitchen staff can (potentially) allow the servers to deliver within 5 minutes.The single largest variable is in fact the customer. Know your order before you talk to them. Be concise. Tip. BE PATIENT!
