Switching to Rao’s from now on. Couldn’t use my points cause I ordered a latte instead of a blond coffee with two pumps of vanilla and frothed milk. Prices have gone up and policy changes like having to ask for sleeves and napkins bring customer satisfaction (mine), down.

I understand there’s a certain amount of ice you need to put in the cup for drinks but this is a total rip off. I was finished with my vente ice matcha green latte before I was able to make it 5 mins down the street to my house. I parked my vehicle and stared to eat the ice. This is excessive.. I’m getting a few swallows for 6 dollars plus a tip

The place was dusty. And the trashes were full. Drips where on the trash can counter it was not tended to. It took about 15 mins for my drink. The cashier was going out for the day and as she was carrying her things out she had an open drink which wasted behind me and splashed on me. She apologized and kept on going. She left the drink waste on the floor.

Never!!! Never gets my drink correct, in the mornings. The morning crew SUCKS!!!! they do not believe in strawberry cold foam and Never puts caramel in it. Horrible morning crew!!

Great store, clean and friendly employees with exception of store manager. Again today she seems to go out of her way to make the store experience uneasy, on verge of rude but she tries to cover her tracks (due to her role?)... I would go to another store just to avoid her

One of the female employees that works in this particular Star bucks location was doing something on the iPad after I walked up to the counter to place an order. I stood there for 5 minutes with money in my hand ready to place my order and waited for the lady to finish doing whatever she was doing on the iPad to take my order. I had to repeat the order 3 times after I had already given her the order once she asked me what she could do for me. From a business standpoint this is unprofessional to make a customer wait for any reason and also not going to help with the wait when it comes to other customers waiting to place orders. There was another lady behind me was waiting to place her order as well.

I’m so tired of going to this location, asking for extra shots of expresso and not getting it. I’m very familiar with how my coffees should taste but moving into this town, they have failed everytime. No reason my coffee should taste like milk with extra espresso! I don’t drink coffee often but when I do this location always fails!

Awful customer service We stood at the register for 5 minutes before hearing someone say, "where is she" with the reply being, "in the back on her phone". I understand if you're on a break of course, but surely someone else could have at least ACKNOWLEDGED us. Not a smile or a welcome either.
