Not a single smile or greeting from any of the employees! They couldn't even make eye contact with me when I had to ASK for my danish that was ordered with my drink! Terrible customer service! This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area but not anymore!

Drink was made wrong and then when I politely explained for the second time it was still not correct and they were snarky about it. To get it wrong isn’t a huge deal but it’s not okay to be rude.

Walked up to the counter 15 minutes before they closed. Asked if they were still open and before she would answer me she had to look at her phone. Asked us what we want, I bring out my phone to show her previous order she's sighed very loudly and rudely then walked away with a major attitude. Save yourself a headache and go across the street to the main location.Sorry we inconvenienced you this evening ma'am

In the drive through line for over an hour just to get to the window and drinks were not made correctly.

Horrible service. Made my drinks wrong no big deal easy fix. Slammed the window, and talked about me while they took 20 minutes to remake 2 lattes. Glad they all got a good laugh, I won't be back.

This one is very rude and they have messed up my order multiple times and when I asked them to remake it nicely they were very rude about it and acted like it was a very big deal. Another time I came in I again, nicely said I did not want any whip cream. When I walked away they started talking about me loudly to where I could hear them.

Waited in line behind other unhappy costumers for about 10 minutes, finally walked to the back and found an employee and asked for help and she just walked away,. Not a good way to run a business

This would be the third time I try to get Starbucks from this location and walked out without anything . It amazes me how bad there customer service is but Starbucks doesn’t care and it’s obvious either does there employees!

It takes over 30 minutes to wait in the drive thru line. Why? Other locations seem to have it together but this one location (no matter the time of day) cannot seem to get it together. I usually avoid this location like the plague but it has been months so I figured I’d give them another shot, nope. Terrible idea. If you can go to any other Starbucks in the port Arthur/Nederland area.. do it.

3 workers and literally in the same spot in line for 24 minutes. They’re just taking their time taking about new year celebrations. It’s very irritating
