This place is filthy, not the lobby but the entire station where they make the sandwiches, lettuce, spinach & cucumbers looked old, olives mixed in with the spinach, lettuce & tomatoes. Station hadn’t been wiped down at all and it was no customers, so it’s not like they didn’t have time to clean. Looks nothing like the Subway store off HWY-69 in the gas station (they are extremely clean). I will never go back to the Twin City location, I really want a refund, once I left, I couldn’t stop thinking about the experience, ended up tossing everything in the trash

I went to the subway restaurant on Twin City Highway in Port Arthur TX. The six inch sandwich with salami and Black Forest ham was just terrible. The meat was scarce and only on one side of the bread. The sandwich was basically just vegetables. The worst sandwich for almost $10.00. This restaurant is a disgrace and I will bypass it and go to the one near Central Mall. The manager of this restaurant should be reprimanded and disciplined for this awful service.

So it appears the restaurant closes at 8pm. The lobby stays open a little later.

They had the doors locked at 8:30 when they close at 9 and the lady shutting down the fountain drink station gave me a very mean look. They couldn't call us to let us know they were out of one of the main ingredients of my sandwich. Will never return to this location. Waited almost 15 minutes for them to make one sandwich

Google wanted me to make a review about this place.
1 guy working there during lunch time. This seems to be customary for Subway nowadays. There were 3 people ahead of me and this guy worked slower than my dead grandmother. His fault? No. He gets paid by the hour. I walked out after watching him make the same sandwich for an entire lifetime, and I went to the WalMart next door. I bought sandwich stuff, and came back home. I swear on everything that I was home making a sandwich faster than that subway could have provided me one.
Straight trash. Just go to walmart.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the 5th time ordering from 32nd st and Twin city PA and they apparently don't know how to make a damn sandwich. Might as well be a 15 dollar loaf of bread 😐

Horrible place just went at 8:00 and they were already closing because they supposedly ran out of bread this isn’t the first time they do that and earlier at that they need some manager because the staff is very unprofessional and to be closing hours before the restaurant even closes is just ridiculous!

Attempted to go through the drive thru sat over 10 minutes at the window and neither subway employee bothered to come to the window 1 time. I then called to speak with a manager about the problem & was told if I won’t discuss the issue with the employee who answered the phone then I won’t be speaking with a manager either! I realize good help is hard to find but come on! There is absolutely NO excuse for this being tolerated!

Bread was hard ..and I didn’t get it toasted ..and the didn’t have meatballs .. yall supposed to always have extra pan ..and yall supposed to have all cookies there to choose from but only had raisin .. but the bread was hard ..because when they take it out the oven they leave it on the cooling rack to long to cool and the bread gets hard .. leave it to cool for 30 mins and put the bread away don’t let it sit there ..
