Delicious homemade food! Pickles were amazing and really added to the flavor of the brisket and bbq sauce.
We're working toward ordering at least one of everything on the menu . . . not there yet! Thus far, we have never found an item we didn't like and it's all customizable! Just tell JT what to add or leave off. It's incredable with all lean brisket, JT's personally made pickles; in fact, the only thing he doesn't hand make are the buns, but they're toasted to perfection. This is a "must try" kinda' place! I had the fortunate experience of meeting JT today and getting the Tour d'T! I got to sample a little bit of everything and without a doubt his was some of the best food I have EVER eaten in my life, anywhere I've ever lived. He makes all his sauces, seasonings, jalapeños, and pickles himself and even smokes the cheeses himself as well! His food is truly a unique and exquisite flavor. Treat yourself! You won't be disappointed!
