I had the fortunate experience of meeting JT today and getting the Tour d'T! I got to sample a little bit of everything and without a doubt his was some of the best food I have EVER eaten in my life, anywhere I've ever lived. He makes all his sauces, seasonings, jalapeños, and pickles himself and even smokes the cheeses himself as well! His food is truly a unique and exquisite flavor. Treat yourself! You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I tried the brisket sandwich and the beans today. Both are fantastic! The brisket is amazing! The sauce has a great flavor, and the pickles and jalapeños are wonderful! We will definitely be back!

The brisket sandwich was SO GOOD & the Almost Gone Sauce is one of the best BBQ sauces that I’ve ever tasted! The brisket itself was tender, juicy, and had its own flavor as well! Had the brisket sandwich yesterday very good! He makes his own pickles also ( I don’t like pickles) he told me he made his own so I tried it and they are really good they have a little spicy kick to it that I loved. I’d eat there again. Brisket was tender and flavorful. He is also super nice and fun to talk to. ( I commented this also but I also wanted to review.)

I was visiting from South Carolina and stopped by. I was very please and amazed at how fresh and tasty everything was. The sausage were some of the best I've ever had,there was so many flavors that I didn't know was possible. The brisket was so juicy and good. Plus I learned he does everything homemade from the sauces to the meats. I highly highly recommend this to ANYONE who loves some good Bar B Que. Also was very friendly and informative. You have to try this place out and enjoy good food and good music !!!!
