The food was pretty good, even though I didn’t finish it. The outside looks like a jail, but the inside looks nothing like one. The internet sucks at this place, but there are TV’s everywhere you look, so you can still watch sports while you eat. Would recommend eating here.

Salsa is fresh/served cold, chips are thin and crispy, queso is great! Service was good, food was even better. Generous portions, and everything we had was just really good and packed with flavor. The enchilada sauce they use is like a gravy, everyone in our party liked it. Fajitas for 2 had plenty of meat and wasn’t drowning in vegetables which was a pleasant surprise for my husband who hates onions. We aren’t locals, but we would definitely visit...

If you are lucky enough to visit Tequilas on Saturday for caldo de camaron...shrimp soup, then you know how amazing it is. Filled with large, beautiful shrimp and chock full of fresh veggies simmered in tomato style broth. It is delicious and worthy of some of the finest Mexican restaurants anywhere, really. Leo and his team are the consummate professionals. We miss being there on Friday night, my parents and closest friends were regulars for many years. Enjoy it all.
