This is where we take our out of town guests for breakfast. Lots of great choices for everyone. Reminds me of my favorite breakfast spot Blu Jam Cafe in Los Angeles.

I’ve been in restaurants all around the world but never had a server as nice as Heather, pink shirt with hair in a bun. She was the best waitress I’ve ever had. Professional, nice, friendly, timely, and funny to our kids. I don’t know what she gets paid but it ain’t enough. God bless her.

I work night shift in the plant and agreed to go with my coworker to have breakfast and a mimosa after work. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, really cool atmosphere. I'm not big on French toast because most people use a lot of egg, but I decided to try it here. That was a decision I do not regret! I've already ate there twice in less than a week and am going again as soon as I get off this morning! It was on sourdough bread, you could smell the cinnamon before the plate hit the table. It wasn't heavily coated with powdered sugar either just lightly sprinkled. It was perfect! The hashbrown casserole was ? Bacon was cooked just how I like it, not burnt and not too soft. The mimosa was pretty strong, got a buzz halfway into it! My new favorite breakfast joint. I'm from Houston and even after this job is over, I'M COMING BACK! Bringing my mom to try it as well. It's gonna be worth the 3 hour drive (back and forth).
