My shrimp was not grilled they made me some fake not grilled shrimp you can taste when shrimps are grilled with your food first time it was really good and grilled the second time it was not grilled they faked it then go tell me differently when I know you can take it grilled. It was not grilled they took my money I talked to the manager he consists that it was grilled when it did not taste like it was grilled

Super clean, great service! Food is always on point! Plenty of parking, and they take reservations! Just make sure your whole party is there!

Pretty good/average sushi chain. They don't always have the fish listed on the menu, which is something that i would expect from a higher end place. The salads often have brown lettuce also, but overall, it is decent.

Not sure if they were having a bad day or what, but boy, will never come back to this location. Complete failure of customer service. Older lady at the front was incredibly rude and had a scowl on her face from the get go. We told them we were leaving because we hadnt gotten any word about our seat and they had been staring at us while waiting for some reason, their response "oh well". Almost hostile to us for some reason? Sorry for being a patron.

We went in for dinner on Friday and it was horrible. Have in mind, they hadn’t gotten the Friday night rush at the time we arrived. Upon sitting down all of our silverware was dirty so my 3 year old used chopsticks. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come get our drink order. When taking the drink order the waitress had a horrible attitude. We went ahead and ordered everything because we didn’t know if we would see her again. It took another 10 minutes to get 3 drinks. Our soup & salad eventually came out, but the sushi roll we ordered didn’t come out until AFTER our food arrived. It took 40 minutes to get cold food. The only time we got a drink refill was when another server saw our cups were empty. My card was on the table so thankfully he got our bill for us. We won’t be back.
We got here there was no people, we sat down ordered a roll and some hibachi we waited for the food… Then we got our food and there was pieces of a roach spread out in my rice and the sauce on the chicken should be optional because all you could taste was salty soy sauce. In total review I will never go back there the atmosphere was bad it was nasty and dead roaches in the food.

Ordered the banzai special and an order of shrimp. Didn’t get the lobster tail. Only got 6 tiny dried up, way over cooked shrimp.

The hibachi chef was awesome. The kids enjoyed watching him perform and the food was excellent.

$25 for 50% zucchini/onion, 30% mushrooms, and 20% steak. Unseasoned fried rice. Also paid $6 extra on top of a large order of fried rice for extra-extra shrimp, and got 5 small shrimp total on the rice. Spent $86 total for 3 people and we were not satisfied. Save your money and go to Sake instead. Tokyo is the Panda Express for Japanese food.
Everything was okay. I like the rolls they offer for happy hour.

The food was overcooked.While we were sitting at our table they start cleaning the table next to us and spilled the plates of food and it went all over us and our table we had to ask them to clean it off our table and from under our feet. We will never be back.
