I ordered a cupcake cake for my son's 3rd birthday party, DAYS in advance. And the MORNING OF they canceled the order because "they didn't have a cake decorator" If you don't have a cake decorator, then you shouldn't be offering services you can't complete. Horrible. Just go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else.
