This restaurant is why I love Texas so much, the most rude staff who will throw shade directly in your face. The lady in the red hair will let you know that she doesn’t care about her job with pride. Refreshing!

The food is ok but not worth the hassle. Approach the counter with caution when ordering. As there is a (somewhat) blonde girl with glasses that seems extremely bothered by actual customers coming in to order food. If my receipt serves correct then her name is Misty. Her approach to other customers and myself let me know that customer service is NOT her specialty! I don't plan on returning.

I order from here regularly on doordash. The food is usually taking a long time. People get upset apparently if you just ask for water, Nothing else just a free cup of water when you come in and get insulted and treated poorly for it too. Thrown out of wingstop for asking for a cup of water. Food is good but service is poor.

Slow service, fast roaches: the full experience ⭐️ 0/5

If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation. To begin with, I waited more than 40 minutes to receive my food—an absurd amount of time considering the place wasn’t even full. But the worst part? Cockroaches. Yes, cockroaches crawling near the food, on the table, and even inside the bag my order came in.

This is an absolute lack of hygiene and respect for customers. How can a food establishment allow this level of filth? Not only is it disgusting, but it’s also a health hazard. I will never return, and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Health authorities should take immediate action.

I had a frustrating experience at this Wingstop location. The cashier clearly needs more training—not only were they not listening properly, but instead of owning up to their mistake, they blamed me as the customer. Saying, “Oh, you didn’t say that,” is not an acceptable response when the error was on their end. Good customer service starts with listening and taking accountability, which was lacking here. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to be more attentive and professional. Wait time is FOREVER

It was my first time at wingstop, the chicken sandwich was raw and the meat was inedible at the first bite. I ordered more things of which the Cajun fried corn was the most DELICIOUS.

Customer service was great from the girls up front but the rest of the place is terrible. Wings were chewy and not cooked long enough. Fries were decent. The whole place is dirty with painted OSB covering the walls. Tables were sticky and not cleaned. Owner clearly doesn’t care about maintaining health codes and a sanitary and safe eating environment.

How is it possible that you arrive at the restaurant and they tell you that in 1 hour they will serve and that they do not have many people to serve, if it is a place that they must be trained to serve customers, if you are going to consume there they do not have to tell you that as a customer 🤨🤨🤨 it doesn't make sense for them to tell you that if it's a restaurant to eat on site
