Worst experience ever it was so dirty managers and employees just standing there while your dinner was so dirty floor and tables trash cans full chicken was cold I had to clean with napkins my own table also fries tasted like is the oil was dirty the chicken was old

Yesterday my family and I spent a special Mother's Day on the beach on South Padre Island. However, when we arrived at this location, we were disappointed to find lack of cleanliness and poor customer service. The tables were dirty and it seemed like no one was taking care of the place. I couldn't help but wonder where the manager was or if they were part of the problem. I am writing this note to encourage you to improve your customer service and be more accessible to your customers. When employees are rude, uncaring, or have a bad attitude, customers may leave upset and discouraged from returning.
