Great place to visit. We ordered a sea food platter for 5 and it was delicious! All sea food is local. Best sea food I have had in a while. Definitely coming back soon.
Had a great time tonight at Doubleday’s. We had the best server, Miguel Martinez. He was very attentive, respectful and polite! We definitely want him to be our server again!
The food here is delicious. Drinks are good as well. Specials are good. They will turn on whatever sporting event you want to watch. Priced very reasonable. One of our favorite places.

Based on the reviews, Doubledays Sports Museum, Bar & Restaurant is a great place to go in the Port Isabel area. The atmosphere is amazing, very neatly decorated with football memorabilia, and everything is very clean. The food is delicious, with the wings, ceviche, and chicken, bacon burger being really good. The best mozzarella sticks and fajita nachos are also mentioned, though the nachos were terrible with cheap tasting melted shredded cheese. The food is pricey but exceptional and had great flavor. However, the drinks are watery, including the mexican candy shots and whiskey sour. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly, attentive, respectful, and polite. There are free pool tables and it is kid friendly.
