I found this gem after T and J's shut down before 8:45. This was a great find. All you can eat shrimp $15. Everything is made from scratch. My server Ashton was amazing, friendly and prompt asking about refills. It's a fun bar with pictures all over the walls. Soup Nazi to Archie Bunker and maybe 1000 more. It's an instant favorite for me.
Winter Texans here. We LOVE the Grouchy Gringo. We’ve been in SPI a week and have eaten there 4 times. Muffaleta on Monday, Shrimp on Tuesday, Tenderloin on Thursday and Shrimp again tonight. The food has been outstanding and our server Shane a doll. Our definite go to and highly recommend!
Despite them being short handed...we really enjoyed the all you could eat shrimp on Tuesday. We tried the blackened (my favorite) the grilled and the fried shrimp. All were really good! If you haven't tried Grouchy Gringos for their all you can eat shrimp...you are missing out.
