Literally just waited for over 30 minutes for 2 kids meals. Employees came out on several occasions clearly confused as to what order belonged where. When I finally got the kids meals the fries were cold and soggy and the meal that was supposed to come with BBQ sauce came with gravy. Definitely one of the the most frustrating fast food experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

Just ordered biscuits and gravy meal. It is disgusting. Paper wrapped biscuit, sausage gravy in a cup. Had to scrape gravy out of cup it was as thick as frosting. Top it off with cold hash brown sticks. I will return it shortly. First time I took it to go. It's better inside, they certainly would not have served it if I was dining inside.

Took 15 min to get my food while they repeatedly asked me if I had it under another name. Then proceeded not to hand me a drink til I after I got my food. Usually I get a free item like a pue or something for waiting after my wait time. Y nada. No apologies tampoco. 0 stars if I could.

Fries are noticeably stale and have an “old potato” taste, Sweat tea literally tastes ROTTEN like it’s expired, and the food was cold. this is literally the worst whataburger i’ve ever been to.

We ate here on September 11,2025. Restaurant was clean inside and out including the restrooms. Employees were very nice and working hard. Burgers were fresh but a little dry. Recommend a little mayo or sauce.
