Fries are noticeably stale and have an “old potato” taste, Sweat tea literally tastes ROTTEN like it’s expired, and the food was cold. this is literally the worst whataburger i’ve ever been to.

I was doing something at Port Isabel, so me and my family stopped at this Whataburger, and the food is really good, service was great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The #13 chicken strip combo I got was delicious (attached is a photo of it). This is one of the really great Whataburger locations.
was not sattisfied with the service. ordered jalapeno sandwich but they gave me paty melt.

It really just depends on which crew is in place at the time you go, I think. It's just hit and miss!

The location is the current location but they had no ice and their ice machine was broken, no lids and no straws. No soap and their restrooms they needed attention! Definitely needs more attention and better customer service.

Asked us if we wanted ketchup- to drive all the way back to spi with no ketchup- none in hotel either. Oh well, minor things.
