They never answer the phone. Disconnect if you can't afford it. Today October 12, 2024, place filled with flies, no mushrooms and slim adult beverages. Cheese sticks with ranch no marina sauce. Actually place has gone to shit after previous owners. I do not know how they pass inspection and will be reporting soon.

This place is a definitely a hole in the wall once you walk in but GIVE IT A TRY. Teresa, my server was amazing in giving me a fast and kind service! The burger was very well seasoned and Im sure the other options are DELICIOUS!
**EDIT** They don’t answer the phone because they are working on getting a new one in!

Our food was mediocre to average. The seating area looked unkept and messy and was full of flies. I’m not talking a few, but a lot. This place had me questioning if we should just walk out once we sat down and had a closer look of the vibe. Was worried we may get food poisoning, but didn’t want to be rude and just leave after we had already ordered. Front door had a sign with a curse word. Not very kid friendly. It truly is a shack. It looked like one good storm was going to knock the whole thing down. Our tables kept almost falling over and I didn’t realize they didn’t accept cards. Only cash or cash apps like Zelle. Then when we drove away one of the employees was standing at the entrance just watching us drive away with his shirt lifted and his gut hanging out. Would strongly recommend you don’t visit this place. I don’t understand how their rating is in the 4-5 range.

I’m a world traveler, I enjoy ? eating at mom and pops restaurants. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING ?. There were 10 people in my party. We were greeted in a cheerful manner. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!!!! THE BURGERS ? were fresh and very seasoned. I was not expecting this place to be so GREAT!!! Please try this place. They have a price room in the back that has air. Thanks ?

Food was very bland lack flavor. If it's your first time in Texas close to Mexico, then yes, visit this place. If not, there's a lot of better local restaurants in the area.

Not going to lie, the 420 burger was the best burger of my life, beyond words. I was eating one, and before i was finished, i was ordering the second one. I had to go to therapy to overcome that. i couldn't eat more. Great service as

You get to eat inside (which is kinda outside but with a roof) or outside (without a roof). We picked a lively day to eat outside, so we did. Do be careful when you go in to order, the ceiling is a little low, and you don't want to bump your head. The burgers are pretty good. They've got the real old fashion flavor I was expecting to experience! Not to many places hit that note. One of us tried the fish sandwich and was not impressed.

I am so sorry to say that this little burger shack was extremely disappointing. I remember when they first opened, the food and atmosphere were amazing. Burgers were fresh and tasty, and the decor was so cute and unique (gave me Austin vibes). However, (maybe new owners?) here most recently, eating here was so horrible. Tables were dirty, walls were so dusty and chipping paint, the only AC was two window units with so much dust and mold (causing a bad smell), and bad service. When it comes to the food, the burger was dry, bread was old and hard, fries were not fresh, mayo was sitting out in the heat all day, and all this was served on plates that didn’t even look washed. Also, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! :(

I have been a customer of this little shack of restaurant since they opened 10+ years ago. Never disappointed in their food despite its curb appeal. This shack stands out from the more appealing tourist attractions and shops as it is built in-between two obviously separate buildings. The welcoming atmosphere and hustle of the women behind the counter is very reminiscent of your grandmother's kitchen; complete with one of the best burgers in the area.
Parking: Street parking spots available however they are limited.
