Was our first time fishing at the pier and we really enjoyed it!!! We were there for more than a few hours. We went with our 2 toddlers and preschooler. We will definitely be going next time with chairs and an ice chest now that we are more informed. They also have things for sale where you pay for you entry and if yi uare buying bait there as well. Tgeychave drinks, snacks, and fishing aupplies that you might need.
It's a great place to watch people lose their bait.
Had so much fun night fishing the pier. The store had everything you needed and if you didn't bring your own gear, no problem, you can just rent the equipment there. Multiple bait selections and everyone who was on the pier was willing to help if you caught something that required Multiple hands to bring in

Pirate's Landing Fishing Pier offers a fun atmosphere with great food and service. The seafood, especially the shrimp and calamari, was really good. The bar drinks were prepared nicely, and the photographer was a nice touch. Visitors can enjoy souvenir shopping before boarding the boat, and during sailing, there is a chance to see dolphins. Despite the busy holiday weekend, guests respected personal space. The pier can be a bit disorganized, and parking is limited, but the friendly staff and lively coastal vibe make it a worthwhile visit. The experience is enhanced by the friendly people, live music, and the chance to catch fireworks or just enjoy the fun atmosphere. While it is a fishing area and does smell fishy, many find the prices reasonable and the environment enjoyable for families and visitors alike.
