Excellent customer service from the Manager and Server. Food was delicious. Will stop by again on next vacay. Great job, y'all.
We had a bit of a mixed experience at Pirate’s Landing in Port Isabel, but there were definitely some things we enjoyed.
My partner ordered the Red Snapper and said it was good. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo. The fish & shrimp combos are a must-have, and the blackened flounder with ponchatrain sauce has earned high praise. Their coconut drinks are also a must-try. The service is generally praised, though there may be occasional delays. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere with live guitar music and a Vegas-level magician entertaining guests at their tables. It is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, making it a great spot for families. However, some visitors might find the food to be average bar food, and certain dishes from the menu, like the biscuits, might be unavailable at times. There is plenty of parking space, and guests can enjoy a great view of the ocean. Next door, there is a 24-hour fishing pier where visitors can catch their own fish, and the restaurant will cook it for $9.99. Pirates Landing is a perfect place to celebrate special occasions, creating memorable moments for families and friends.
