The vents don’t work so there is hot oil in the air and the store owner refuses to do anything about it. This is not safe or healthy for the customers or the employees. The employees clearly look uncomfortable. I will be filing a report with the city and forcing them to look into it. Your employees health is NOT worth staying open and forcing them to work in dangerous conditions. Shame on the owner for not closing and fixing the problem.

It’s always something new everytime I come here first the soda machines and now the air conditioner. If you are looking to have a nice cool off and lunch/ dinner with your family do not come here!! You might aswell eat outside at this point because atleast you get the breeze. This place needs to get their stuff together or shut down. Do better!!

All signage was turned off 40 minutes before closing time (midnight). I went inside to ask about the closing time, but they wouldn’t give me a clear answer. When they went to ask a manager, I decided to leave due to the awkward situation they created.

The host Arelee had horrible attitude and if she is in her position as a cashier she should do and know better. I came with three of my friends and they all felt as if she gave attitude including me. They messed up my order not once but three times, like how. She didn’t even get my order right and I feel like it was on purpose.

The woman at the checkout has an ugly way of serving, you tell her how you want your order and she makes ugly faces. And the cook barely wants to add sauce to the food.

I ordered my food online so it would be ready by the time I arrived. When I get there I'm told it's going to take 4 minutes for my order to come out. I proceed to wait 24 minutes sitting inside the restaurant waiting for my food wondering to myself that this is the longest 4 minutes in the world. I go up to the front and take a seat and the girl tells me your orders ready. I didn't call you because I didn't know you were in here despite her being the one that told me it would take 4 minutes in the first place. I then proceed to drive all the way to my house only to find that my order is wrong and food is missing. I call the restaurant and let them know that I am missing food and instead of receiving an apology for the inconvenience I am told I need to bring all the food back and my receipt to prove to them that I am not lying. So accusing your customer of lying because your employees made a mistake is common practice for this establishment. I tell the girl I am not going to bag all this food up and drive it all the way back to the store unless they are going to remake my entire order. All I was trying to do was get the food I was missing. Instead I'm told that I will be put in the back of the line because other orders are in front of me now. How if I already placed my order and it was their mistake that I now have to drive back to pick it up. My missing food should take priority because it was their mistake that they forgot to make it in the first place. I'm told I can expect my missing food to be ready in 20 to 40 minutes. At that point I said no I want my money back. The girl tells me I have to wait until tomorrow because there is no manager that can reimburse me for it. So my options are to waste my gas driving back and forth while waiting 40 minutes for them to eventually get to the missing food they over looked on my online order. Having some of my family eat while others need to wait for the food doesn't get cold or drive to the restaurant tomorrow so I can reimburse for their error. I will never come back to this establishment nor will I recommend this location.

Amazing food, the mango habenero burger is addictive. The voodoo fries is a GOOD portion, the cheese, sauce and spice combo is perfect the way they make it. I am only disappointed I haven’t started going there sooner.Service is fast, associates are friendly and professional clean interior I have no complaints

The woman working at the front desk acted like it was a HUGE bother to get my order made. She shouldn’t be working for a paycheck when she lacks human compassion. Yeah animal compassion is a thing, but so is HUMAN compassion.

We were told at 10:55 pm that food was only to go when they close at 12 midnight. Because they are lazy and don’t want to work after 12
