This Dairy Queen would not honor their rewards coupon. They made up their own exclusions. So I went to the other Dairy Queen across town and used it with no problems. It shouldn't be this way.

Person who took order was kind of blunt. Food was okay. Interior dining room was dirty. Food crumbs on floor and table. Store had only been open 10 minutes but should have been clean.

A very polite young man made the best salted Caramel truffle blizzard I've ever had yesterday. You could teach the Seven Points and Mabank Dairy Queens how to make them ;)

If I could give them less than one star, I would. I ordered a grilled chicken taco salad, but they forgot to add the chicken. I called to let them know what had happened but I got no apologies. The manager said that if I took the salad back they could add the chicken. I live outside of town so it's just not that simple to drive back and forth.

They were pretty busy when we stopped by this evening. One lady was there and angry that everything wasn't as quick as she wanted. It mad me feel awful for the crew working. Food was hot and delicious and everything was correct. The crew working was very polite.

Still great ice cream. The price can be shocking if you have not purchased ice cream in a while. The item was a blizzard of some type my grandson wanted. I personally thought it was very small of the price. But he was thrilled. The preparer held the cup upside down yo demonstrate the thickness of the blended ice cream treat. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed it, so it was certainly worth it. Drive thru service was quick and easy.

We order the combo #6, they wrote in the receipt #1 then when we ask the server she said that we needed to order again and paid again because the #1 was already done. I had to stay with a hamburger that i did not like and a missing coke because of bad service.
