The food was awful ?
Most was from a grocery store frozen section, reheated with the attempt to season with their own seasoning. The refried beans seemed to be from flakes, burnt and seasoned with way too much pork fat that the taste was terrible. The rice seemed to be straight from a shelf pre-made package.
For being that some praise this restaurant, I, for one, will never eat there again nor recommend the place.

I went for breakfast since Los Rios opens at 04:00 a.m. The lady made what I requested, even though it was not on the menu. The food was excellent: I had huevos con nopalitos, frijoles, y papas. The only error was I asked for tortillas de maiz and she brought de harina, but it was easy to forgive because the tortillas de harina were so fresh and tasty. All for a very reasonable price and in a place that made me feel comfortably at ease.

Very good food and clean floors and friendly service
Some of the shrimp tasted old and fishy. Getting the bill took very very long time and then she upcharged us.
The chile relleno with shrimp was really good and tasty and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast taco's were delicious
