I went through the drive through and I came to find there was hair in my food. It wasn’t mine since it was small and I barely opened the bag. Other than that, the food was alright. Just wish they would have hair-nets or something to help with not having hair or other things in the food.

My order taker set the tone for the experience, and the window employee cemented this review. The former changed his tone for the worse as soon as I said I was looking on my app for a reward. He also asked if I was done ordering after I added every item of my 8 item meal. He "helpfully" commented that breakfast would be over in 5 minutes, and then neglected to turn his microphone off as he let out the most pitiful sigh I've ever heard. Because my order was misheard, I didn't get all my beverages, and the window employee made it seem a chore to add another water to my order. The restaurant also missed two sausage burritos in my order, and the wait was long in the first place. I never write reviews, this is my first one.

Absolutely the worst location ever, we went through the drive through, we were second in line, the customer in front of us moved up then they took our order and had us park in space one, then they proceeded to take the orders behind us and had them park in the other spaces, everyone got their orders and left, so we were still waiting for our food, my husband finally got off the car to ask for our food after 10 minutes while my husband was still inside a McDonald's employee comes to our car with our food, and yes it was horrible, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, Absolutely horrible food and service.

It's been very good in the past, but recently, it's been disappointing. No black coffee and forced manners, if any.
It took them 10 minutes to come and ask me what I needed after I was standing at the front, all I needed was a refill on my drink because they did not have the tea out by the fountain drinks. The manager did not look happy that I was asking for a refill.

I went on Saturday morning and ordered a lot of breakfast items at the Drive Thru. I asked for extra syrup and was charged for it but didn’t receive any at all. I went inside to ask for some. An older Hispanic man that I assume was the manager seemed like he was angry about giving me syrup. When I got home I realized I didn’t receive two sausage egg and cheese McMuffins. After calling five times someone finally answered. I think it was the same man. He asked me if I had my receipt and said to come to the lobby to get my food. I just got off work and didn’t want to get out my car so I asked if I could go through the drive thru and he said no. I didn’t go. They can have that 9 dollars but now I believe everybody about how the customer service sucks. Never again.
