I was told there was a 25 minute wait for my order and I ended up waiting over 50 minutes just to find out my pizza was on the rack the whole time. Got home to eat the pizza and it was like cardboard. I was given a 2 liter and a $20 credit but let's be honest nobody wants to do that twice. Do yourself a favor and just get a frozen pizza from HEB it will probably be faster and it will definitely taste better.

I called to order at 8:40pm they said it'll take 15 minutes I got there at 9.02pm I waited another 15 minutes and my order didn't came out so what's the point to call for not to wait for the order if whenever you get there your gonna have to wait anyway ?♂️ and there was no customers inside so there weren't busy. Won't come back to this place.

Ordered a pan pizza receivable thin & crispy! Tried calling and got transferred 3 times, was on hold 15 minutes with no pickup! They would answer if you wanted to order but not complain. I told this to the person who answered and they said plz don’t be angry with me, I have never met you! What??? lol transferred me again, and again after 20 minutes no answer!
This pizza hut honestly sucks they take forever on the food to deliver they also have horrible service and the manger is horrible too

This location has royally screwed me over twice now. I place very large orders. First was over $200. Second was over $150. First order was placed the day before second placed several hours prior to pick up. Both times when I’ve shown up the order is missing items. Causing me to have to wait extended periods of time because they do not double check what they are doing. When speaking to the manager she just stares with a “deer in the headlights” look. No action. No apologies. It’s weird. Can’t call corporate. Directed to post online so here you go.

Waited almost 10 minutes at register before finally walking out Staff saw me, but ignored me. Finally my daughter went back in and waited again before anyone waited on her.
Very overpriced and the pizza wasn't even what I ordered and they argued with me so I paid $20 for one pizza one topping so I could get away from there I would not recommend going tri-turbo Joe's on the other side of town $12 for the same pizza and it's way
Vegetarian options: I have nothing to say. I'm not a vegetarian, but I know people who are that ate with me and liked they're vegetarian dish
