The food was awesome, but the Prickly Pear Rita was absolutely terrible. So sour it was impossible to drink. We made our “waitress in training” aware of the issue. She did take it back to the bartender who told her that the drink could not be replaced and if we wanted a different drink, we would be charged for it as well. No one, including the bartender, bothered to come ask us what was wrong with the drink.
We will be back for the food and the awesome view.
Absolutely love Scully’s their food and views are great ESPECIALLY the fried shrimp & the wings. We go about 3 times a month and the food is always good. The only downside is that the mixed drinks absolutely suck. They taste like there’s not a drop of alcohol in them and when we asked about adding an extra shot a few months ago e were told they were only allowed to put 1oz (1 shot) of alcohol per drink even if it’s a large drink. I’ve tried drinking there a few times...
What a Great place to eat, enjoy the scenery, and relax.... The food was amazing, and the service was on point, GREAT JOB!!! If anyone ever goes to Port Lavaca Texas go to Scully's it was a great place to dine.
