I went this mid morning 11. Not one person in drive-thru or inside. Took a min for someone to take order. 2 lg Nacho Fries 2 cheese sauce, 2 cheesey Gordita Crunch and Steak Chalupa. Had to wait of course. When I finally get to my food the fries are HARD AF and taste old. The Chalupa shell is HARD AF too, not soft and pillows. This is why I rarely go out for fast food anymore. You wait in the drive thru 8 min for BS

Went there and spent $20 on food…got to drive thru and not only did they take forever when I was the only one there, I got the food only to discover that they barely put any filling into my burritos or taco . I get if this was as cheap as it used to be, but it’s not anymore so I was very disappointed. Won’t come again. Taco Bell in Victoria is more worth it
Decided to get taco bell today for lunch and it was a complete disaster. The drive thru took forever and when I finally got my food, half of it was missing. I asked where the rest was and they said it was in the box with my quesadilla. So I drove away and then checked the box and none of it was there. I'm disappointed I paid extra for food I never received.. But the line was so long, I didn't have time to go thru it all again. Then the food I actually got was soggy and cold.
To Alejandro at MAS Restaurant Group. I see that you’ve recently modified this locations menu to increase profits. By removing the cravings box and half of the items from the value menu you have lost my business. I can get cheaper real Mexican food in town. There is no longer any incentive for me to give this location anymore of my business. Maybe this location wouldn’t be failing as much if it were properly managed. They constantly run out of basics like cups and also have the front door locked half of the time.
Employees were pleasant. Food was good but it is fast food and was few people at the time relaxing

The lobby was completely dirty. There was food all over the floor and tables; it was hard to find a clean place to sit. Even when we sat down I couldn't enjoy myself knowing I was sitting next to a bunch of dirt.I ordered chicken quesadillas,and they were burnt. There was hardly any sauce at all. I felt like I wasted my money.When I was leaving the building, an employee named Kendall was on her phone in the kitchen not even trying to hide it. I don't think anyone would be comfortable with employees touching their personal cell phone and then touching the food we eat. I will not be coming back to this taco bell.

The cashier greeted me when I walked in and was friendly. Only complaint is she on her cell phone the whole time except for when she was taking an order.The cooks were busy cooking or cleaning in the kitchen. My food was hot, delicious, and prepared well.When I asked for a napkin, they advised they were out.When I left, the cashier smiled and told me to have a good evening. She was friendly but she was on her phone again.I’m guessing the cell phone use will to be be a regular thing.

I love me some Taco Bell, and was excited about a location opening up in Port Lavaca, but this location has absolutely struggled to provide.I initially attributed it to growing pains from recently opening, but they’ve been open for 3 months now, and it’s rather obvious that this location has a major management problem that needs to be ironed out.They are constantly understaffed, leading to them having to consistently close the lobby, often times without signs posted on the door. Walk up and tug on the door only to find out it’s locked.They are consistent with being out of certain items, and if you happen to customize and your order, you can expect a high possibility of your customization being ignored (i.e. if you order no lettuce, you’re likely going to get lettuce).I hope they can turn it around, but it seems like there is one issue or another at almost every visit, and it’s making me seek food elsewhere.
