Being a former employee of our family owned Taco Bells in AZ, I have to say the quality, 1oz portons of meat on all orders (value and full price items) and self order/pay is ridiculous. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch @ $5.99 with extra cheese $.70 (which I didn't get) and a value menu double beef burrito for $2.79. it took approx 15 minutes in the dine in lobby waiting for our food. My sister finally went to the counter to ask about her food, and they didn't have her order, yet we paid for it thru the self order kiosk?? Bottom line, process increased, person sized deceased and self order/pay with no receipt is poor business not to mention customer service no longer exists. I asked for the franchise/owners contract information and they didn't know what I was taking about??

Got to the windows to pay for my food and I was told it would be a minute cause they rebooted the system. Well minutes passed by and the CC machine wasn't working I had no cash just plastic. The nice sweet older hispanic lady at the window gave us our food on the house. ( At least $30 worth of food wow). Very friendly ppl there thank you to the lady and Taco Bell ❤️

Zero stars. Food nasty. Service sucked. Ordered 2 cantina bowls and once we finally got our food they informed us they had no forks. Why not tell us sooner.Bring your own forks if ya wanna eat food here other than tacos and burritos.

Terrible service. They have like 5-6 workers packing but can’t spare a worker to take orders in the front. They think self serve kiosks are going to take the workload off of them when they couldn’t even keep up with that many workers just packing food. Some people actually want to order at the counter so they can get their cup ahead of time.

Definitely do not go here unless you are desperate. Horrible. Took over 40 minutes to get an order. Made us sit at the speaker for over ten minutes saying no wait! We are getting situated. Wtf? Situated? Then was like is the order on the screen correct? And when we said there's nothing on the screen they were like hold on you can't pull away until the screen is working. It was very weird and obviously I mean it's Taco Bell so we already knew it wouldn't be professional LOL. Then we get up to the window and they act like we did something wrong because their timer was going off. Well when you leave somebody sitting at the speaker for that long what do you expect?
So we were already iffy on leaving the window without the food and parking in the front but since we already paid for that much food in the mobile app we went ahead and did it. And that little boy who runs the food out and shoves it at people as hard as he can better be glad he didn't do that to me. I'm sure someone will shove him back eventually.
And then of course you know food was missing. So had to go back through the drive-thru again because their doors were locked. Anyway wow. I don't even usually write reviews but looking at the reviews here I think a lot of people leave this place thinking what the heck. I worked at Taco Bell when I was 16 and we were slammed all the time. I mean it's really not that difficult of a job. And we got there two and a half hours before closing. They kept saying they were slammed and we were the only people there in the 40 minutes it took to get our order 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Driver thru worker shoved / dropped out food in our lap and just closed the door for the next customer. Very unprofessional.

Very bad customer service. Today 12/22/24 8:45 pm an employee thought it was funny they got our order wrong after driving all the way home. My fiancé went back up there and they still got our order wrong again. Food was not recent at all. Meat and beans were hard and we never got what we paid for. Never going here again.
