To cold in there, it's mostly young people and they aren't very friendly

Only person in the drive thru and it still took 10 minutes sitting at the window to get my food, meanwhile chick-fil-a served 8 people. They’re also not even trying to follow food safety precautions, I blatantly saw a female employee on her phone the entire time I was at the window only put it down to throw gloves on WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS, before handling my food. WILL NOT BE BACK. No wonder it’s always so empty over here.

What kind of world are we living in? Freddies was cheaper than whataburger and better by far. Might have to make the permanent switch. Keep it up Freddie's!

Staff was fast and friendly and my food was hot. My problem with this restaurant is presentation, I ordered the jalapeño pepper jack burger, as you can see it was very short with the jalapeños. The sauce was just one squirt in the middle. I don’t understand why none of the fast food restaurants ever make a burger or sandwich like they were about to eat it. I know I’m not the only person who wants a little bit of everything on a burger in every bite. I mean come on, would it hurt to take an extra little bit of time and spread sauces and vegetables out, and give you enough of all of it to cover the entire sandwich?

I love Freddy’s, this is the first time I tried this location in Portland. It was absolutely nasty! I found hair chunks in my food. Unfortunately it was in my mouth when I found it 🤮🤮.

This chili dog is THE worst thing I've ever tasted. It's like the hot dog was soaked in dishwater. What a waste of money.

The d cor was simple and elegant.

I tried Freddy's for the first time yesterday and had a Prime Rib Steakburger. I thought it was excellent. The service was fast. No complaints. I'll try it again.
