Stood at counter with no one in the restaurant. My husband and I are the only ones there. The girl working looked at me and said nothing. There was one order on the screen. We finally asked her do we order ourselves. She never commented and took our order. Only comment she made was the price. It was obvious she didn’t like that we asked cause she threw the box on the preparation counter. On a plus side, the Bathrooms were clean. Food was good except mashed potatoes had way too much pepper in them.

I am starting to wonder if the owners of this restaurant are reading these reviews. I have had great experiences at other Chicken Express locations, even this one, until today, the restaurant was dirty, the employees looked dirty, the person cleaning the tables was spraying chemicals while people were trying to eat; one customer had to ask the young lady to stop spraying. The front door slams behind you with force, leading me to believe that this entrance is NOT ADA COMPLIANT. Shame on the ownership, you have a good thing going but your MANAGEMENT is not very good.

Chicken was tender and moist, the place was clean and they had clean restrooms as well. Open parking space and on the street side to park your semi or camper. Hurray to their manager who knew how to handle a customer service issue! I recommend this location!!👍

Probably the worst chicken express we’ve been to and we love this place usually. The tea was terrible, it’s took 30 minutes for a to go order because the workers were playing on their phones and goofing off. Just completely disrespectful except for the cook. She was the only one actually working. Terribly disappointed and dissatisfied with this place.

It was 7:30 pm and it looked as if the place was closed , all of the chairs were stacked as if they were fixing to close and they don’t close until 10:00 pm . Not friendly. I ordered a roll and received hush puppies. Other customers wanted to sit on the other side and she said that side was closed . Totally unacceptable and made us feel as we were bothering them . Very disappointed!

Chicken was like rubber, not cooked fully, the okra was hard as a rock, $14 dollars for nothing but a mashed potatoes

If I could give negative stars I would. Because I waited almost 20 minutes for my food and the only things fresh were the corn nuggets, mashed potatoes and okra. I only ordered chicken strips which take less than 10 minutes to fry. So if I waited 20 minutes for some damn mashed potatoes then why were the strips not made fresh? 🤔🤔 and at this point stop calling them chicken strips because those are chicken fingers. Thin and crispy as hell.SMH. old as hell. Smh.

Good sweet tea. Food was way to salty to eat. Ordered fish meal and had to wait so I know it was fresh cooked. But the seasoning on the fish and the green beans was way way to salty. Please check your recipes. Did not have time to go back to ask for correction. I would avoid the fish meals. I guess chicken is your safest bet. We went through the drive thru and wasn't told there would be a wait, had to ask for beverages while waiting. Poor communication on the staffs part

#luckycoloradogirl and the #Bestie passing thru on a girls trip to Hamilton Pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, thankfully as I don't have enough hands lol! Food was delish, I'd never eaten at this chain. The tea was amazing! The restaurant and bathrooms were impeccable! Not sure WHY this only has 3.7*???? Would recommend you stop here for a quick bite!
