My family and I have been coming to this wonderful coffee shop since they were a food trailer 6 years ago.
We love all their coffees, my personal favorite being the Ethiopian Pour Over. We also love their muffins and even more so their fried pies! If you like the classics such as peach, cherry, and apple. But the breakfast and lunch pies are also a great meal.

An oasis in the middle of nowhere Texas. They do everything themselves from the fillings for their handmade pies, to the dough and the coffee roasting. The road to and out of Lubbock just got 100 times better. Couldn’t have imagined a better start to our day.

One of the best lattes I’ve had. Idk what espresso they use but I absolutely love the lattes. Also the gentleman at the counter was very sweet and walked my coffee over to me. I’m actually going to be so sad when I finish it since I’m traveling back to Colorado right now. Might have to make this place a stop next time I come back to TX, thank you so much.
