I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. I tried to use my rewards points, but the employee wouldn’t check if they worked and kept telling me to “just order.” When I asked if my points went through, he brushed me off and told me to move over instead of helping. The customer service felt rushed and dismissive. Not a great experience.

Ordered mcdoubles with no onions. There were literally onions falling out of the paper when I opened the wrap, onions under the cheese and on top, so couldn't even scrape them off. Not cool, especially on a road trip.

I order pick up, after 20 minutes of them not bringing my food to my spot i went in and got my burger, it was cold. I asked them to make me a new burger and the just took the same one and threw it in the microwave as i say there and watched them. Not to mention this was the black manager and one of his helpers, when i complained it they just handed me the burger and walked off. Poor customer service

Stopped in to get a bite to eat, went to the restrooms 1st. NASTY. Was going to order, but the whole place was filthy.
The guy with glasses at the first window was a total sweetheart, but then when I get to the second window, the guy the big taller guy was very rude saying breakfast ends at 10:30 which I knew that’s why I got there at 10:20 and waiting in line with the long line and saying you know breakfast ends at 10:30 yeah I need a number to management’s office as soon as possible or I’m just gonna call the main corporate office and get it myself

Sylvia greeted us with a warm, friendly greeting and a beautiful smile. And, we had two special order breakfast sandwiches that wasn't an issue for her. She was so sweet. When we got out of our car, the gentleman taking care of the parking lot, turned around, smiled, and said good morning. I appreciate the fact he took the time to give a friendly good morning. Sorry I didnt get his name. And, the friendly lady who gave us our food with a smile. Sylvia took the time to say good bye and have a blessed Thanksgiving. To the owner/ manager...just know how fortunate you are to have such awesome, caring employes. As we were leaving, the same gentleman who greeted us in the parking lot, was cleaning up near the driveway, showing pride in where you work. All of these employees need a big thank you! Side note, our family has been stopping in Post for over 20+ years when traveling both to and from Lubbock. The food was awesome and the order correct The coffee is always good! We'll be back!
