Cashier was friendly and food was hot and fresh. I just didn’t like my ice cream sundae coming out before my food, but the guy let me put it in the cooler until I finished eating.

First time having my order incorrect. The team was very apologetic and made sure everything was correct after. I know accidents happen so I was extremely pleased with how they handled it :)
Don't like there burgers
Came through the drive-thru and Ting-Yi helped me! I never really come to Freddy’s, but decided to stop by today. She was patient with me while I figured out what I wanted to order. The food came out hot! Thank you 😊

Ordered online tonite..picked up in store. When we got home one of the hamburgers was wrong and no honey mustard for tenders. Not the 1st time for orders being incorrect...how hard is it to read a screen?

I’ve eaten at several locations before but this one tremendously misses the mark. The food is thrown together and cold. I’m forced to eat McDonalds unfortunately when in a crunch. At least their food is hot and fresh consistently.

Don’t just don’t. Save your time and money. We got here at 3:30 with one car infront of us and left at 4:00 with cold fries. Which is all we came for.

I’m originally from Memphis and the Freddy’s there is on point every time. I finally decided to try the Freddy’s here and it was very disappointing. Burger was horrible, fries was almost burnt and stiff as death also didn’t receive my sweet tea that came with my order. This is my first and last time eating at Freddy’s in Princeton

Takeout order was missing french fries. Hamburgers were extremely thin and nothing like the picture. Was looking forward to trying Freddy’s and was very disappointed
