This location is horrible! Bad food and bad attitudes from staff. Plan to sit in the drive thru for 30 mins each time to receive food sloppily thrown together or the order is wrong altogether. They don't make what you order, they make what they feel like. Order half and half ice cream, you're getting vanilla. Order vanilla, you're getting chocolate. Honestly for the price point you'd expect better. I don't know why but I tried to give them another chance and went through the drive thru about 15 mins before they closed and no one came to the window to take my order. I guess they wanted to pretend they were closed. Don't worry, I won't be back!

The first time we went the food and service was good. The only reason for no 5 stars is we just went right now at 9pm to try and get shakes and they were already cleaning the machine even though they don’t close until 11pm! At least they were honest about it
It's clear management needs to be replaced. Avoid until they get a new District Manager and GM.

great food, as always, was pretty empty as it was 9:30, but the staff were super sweet and a lady even comped our ice cream! Will be returning

Last time I was here I complained about the same thing and that was about two months ago. Y'all just opened and your restaurant is disgusting. See attached pictures. Food good as always but why is this location this bad every time. Tables, floor, bathroom, chairs on and on. You JUST OPENED.

Tasty and well constructed burger. Clean dining area, soda fountain and restroom. Friendly crew. We were very happy with our lunch experience at the Princeton Freddy’s!
