The service is a major highlight, with specific employees like Felix and a gentleman at the drive thru providing phenomenal customer service, a warm welcome, fun jokes, and a positive attitude that makes customers' days. The food can be great and tasty, with the beef muchacho described as fresh and made right. The Cheesecake Chimichanga with raspberry sauce was crispy, sweet, and the highlight of the meal. However, some items are disappointing; the Muchaco didn't really work, and the B.O.B (Big Ol' Burrito) was dry and just okay. The Wholotta® Platter had good and flavorful enchilada and taco, and the tacos did not get soggy. Overall, the price is awesome, and while it is a decent meal that does not really stand out, the positive service and better-than-expected food make customers want to come back and recommend it to everyone.
