About Black Hawk Brewery

Based on the reviews, Black Hawk Brewery is a fantastic addition to the Prosper area with a totally unique energy. The impressive space features a wonderful layout, including a brilliant rooftop deck. The scratch-made food is a highlight, as this place actually makes their own stuff. The smashburger, chicken tenders, and burger were excellent, and the pretzel bites and fries were enjoyed. The in-house honey mustard is recommended. The service is incredible and top-tier, with staff being friendly, attentive, and engaging. Lauren is an amazing waitress who is friendly, attentive, and gives spot-on beer recommendations. She also made sure a guest's son with a peanut allergy had no cross contamination. The only gripe is the prices, which felt 10%-20% more expensive than expected for bar food, with three tenders and fries at $15 and beers at $8. A flight of beers is recommended to choose a favorite pint.
