Chowrastha - Indian Eatery serves extremely good food, with every dish worth trying. The Fry Piece Chicken Mandi is a must-try. The restaurant offers a delightful breakfast buffet with decent options like idly, vada, Mysore bonda, upma, Pongal, dosa, and puri. While some dishes are good, others may not meet expectations; for instance, the dosa is very nice, and the Pongal is comforting and delicious. However, the puri can be oily, and the idly may not always be very spongy. The Paneer Mandi is also highly recommended, exceeding expectations in taste, flavor, and presentation.
The restaurant is known for its impressive service and is a great place to dine with family. However, it has received feedback about the Irani chai not being ready during breakfast hours, which can be disappointing for regulars. Despite this issue, the Mysore bonda and Gongura chicken have received praise for their flavor. Chowrastha also offers late-night dining and has recently introduced a new item, Ginger Chicken, which has been well-received.
