The owners truly care for their customers and provide an awesome barbecue experience with free ice cream for dessert.
The service is brilliant, with Praveen and Bharath, the staff, attending to customer requests efficiently, even when the billing system was down. Customers have praised the food quality and convenience, and are happy to have a Dickey's in Prosper.
The workers are very kind and helpful, greeting customers with a smile and assisting them in making decisions. The pulled pork baked potatoes are huge and delicious, and the free pulled pork sandwich day is a hit.
The manager, Edwin, has made a positive difference since taking over in January 2024, honoring the Dickey's app deals and providing free pulled pork sandwich coupons to customers. He has transformed the overall experience, which was previously poor under the old management.
